* Lead regular project meetings, providing consistent progress updates to our clients and internal teams.
* Conduct regular site evaluations, ensuring compliance with our safety regulations and quality standards.
* Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, specifications, drawings, and change orders.
* Develop, coordinate, and manage accurate project budgets, tracking expenses, and unnecessary costs.
* Perform risk assessments and job hazard evaluations with mitigation strategies to reduce exposures.
* Ensure the project complies with building codes, regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
* Our team provides extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
